We utilize a variety of shipping methods to get your purchase to you. The method your order is shipped depends on what you ordered. In any event, you will receive tracking numbers for your shipment directly from the shipping company. Please insure that you do not block or filter these emails out.
  • Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 11 AM
  • Depending on the item(s) you ordered, it will be shipped using either DHL, UPS, or the Postal Service
  • Your order will be processed manually to insure accuracy. We'll contact you by phone and/or e-mail if we have any questions in processing your order.
  • Please feel free to e-mail orders@HomePlaceGroup.com if you have any question about your order or have not received a confirmation e-mail.
  • If item is back ordered, sold out or out-of-stock, we will notify you.
  • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada, remote locations, restricted apartment buildings or condos, islands or peninsulas can ship at additional charge- please inquire.
  • In cases where an incorrect address is provided, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
  • Before signing for any delivery, please note any obvious damage to packaging on the Bill of Lading. Do not accept packages that have obvious damage to the outside; if possible make a note next to your signature.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated, items ordered from HOMEPLACE GROUP may be returned; provided, as a minimum, the following procedures are adhered to.
  • When applicable, merchandise may be returned for store credit, (excluding shipping/handling costs, CC or handling fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within 5 DAYS upon receipt of merchandise. Returns without a proper return authorization (R/A) number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

  • You must return the goods to us AT YOUR EXPENSE (including all packaging, product boxes, etc.) unopened and in exactly the same condition in which the goods were supplied to you. This means that you must not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the goods are supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods.
  • You are responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price or free shipping, the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returned items must be in new and resalable condition and must include original receipt of purchase.
  • Returned items must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving merchandise.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%; custom orders cannot be returned.
  • Please note that proof of posting or shipping is NOT proof of receipt. You are liable for the goods until they are delivered to us, and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We strongly advise you to use insured and tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be sure that any goods returned are delivered safely to us.
  • You cannot use our delivery service or shipping account to return or refuse merchandise; your refund will be forfeited.
  • If goods returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund any money. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax, or e-mail. The goods will then be kept at our premises for 90 days from the date of that written notice, after which time we will dispose of them without any further notice to you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the expiry of the 90-day period.
  • ANY GOODS RETURNED TO US ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL DELIVERED TO OUR OFFICES. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
  • Shipping, Auction, Paypal or Handling FEES will be deducted from your purchase price to arrive at your store credit amount.
  • ALL AUCTION ITEM SALES ARE FINAL & NOT RETURNABLE.
  • Bed Frames, bed rails and center supports cannot be returned, it is your responsibility to order the correct size and type. Most Parts, Snaps, Glides, Bed Riser and Sleep Sofa have specifications, information and instructions are published on the website. It is important that you read these before ordering to insure the item you are ordering will fit your needs. Please email us if something is not clear to you. All returns of Bed Risers, bed parts, glides, snaps and furniture parts will incur a 20% re-stocking fee in addition to deduction of shipping and handling fees outlined above.
  • Unless you are provided with a different address when requesting an R/A, your return must be shipped back to the following address:

  • Items shipped back to the incorrect address may either get lost or refused. Items shipped back without an R/A may either get lost in the system or refused. Please follow return instructions carefully.
Returned merchandise takes up to six weeks to receive, inspect, process and issue a credit or refund. We reserve the right not to issue or process your credit for deviations of our return policy. Please contact us to discuss a possible return BEFORE you send anything to us.
Please refer to the product website for specific return policies and guidelines. For sanitary reason, some products may not be returned after use. All claims for damage or defects must be made at time of delivery with carrier.
